Logos-
The logos also know as the logic or reason of this ad is that we should elect Arnold Schwarzenegger for governor so he could protect Californians and their families and to keep us all moving forward. We don't want to relive all those horrible times we had where they would tax us on everything . (:
Ethos-
Ethos means credibility . This ad has been supported through by many governers and we wouldn't know which ones to believe . They make promises to people they can't keep so why try and use it for their ads on how they promise the people . Jobs , family homes and school budgets are being taken away because of taxation . There are stores going bankrupt and businesses going out of business. People are getting fired because the economy is becoming disorganized.
Pathos-
Pathos known as emotional appeal is saying we are moving backwards instead of moving us forwards . You see kids smiling and happy which is best, but are they really showing the truth behind these windows of ours ? Do we really know the truth ? We have heard it all before ,but will they really help us move forwards ?

And while I am also a fan of skepticism, watch out for the conclusions that you are making in your "ethos" section regarding the economy. Stay in the text of the commercial! Also, can you be more specific about how the creators of the ad are using the smiling children to appeal to specific emotions in their specific audiences?
