One significant conflict in the novel "The Lovely Bones" the protaganist character , Susie, struggles with her death and how she needs to deal with it and how her family is dealing with it . It connects too the novel theme beacause you can't always get what you want in life and sometimes you will just have to deal with it instead of getting whtaever you want. Probaly the most significant theme of the novel is you have to forgive even though somebody did you wrong . Even though Mr. Harvey murdered Susie , she will have to eventully forgive him, even though he did wrong, she still forgave him in her mind in heaven for what he did . An example in real life situation is with the Holocaust and Hitler . The Jews still forgave him even though he did wrong and they continued on with thir life. They may not like him but they forgave him for doing wrong .
